This page explains the purpose, presentation, and reasonable use of fortunes published by Fortune IIS.
Notice
Fortune IIS provides short creative and inspirational sayings for entertainment and reflection only. A displayed fortune is not a prediction, promise, guarantee, or professional advice.
Fortunes may use metaphorical, imaginative, optimistic, humorous, or ambiguous language. They should be read as general creative expressions rather than literal instructions or statements of fact.
Platform Declarations
Creative purpose
Fortune IIS publishes short, fortune-cookie-style sayings intended to encourage thought, amusement, and personal reflection.
Shared weekly publication
The site is designed to publish one shared fortune for each weekly period. The weekly fortune is not generated as an individual reading for a particular visitor.
No personal interpretation
Selection is not based on a visitor’s identity, personal circumstances, beliefs, private questions, choices, or expected future events.
No supernatural claim
A fortune is not presented as divination, prophecy, spiritual authority, a supernatural message, or evidence that a particular event will occur.
No cultural attribution
Unless specifically identified and attributed, a saying is not presented as a traditional Chinese proverb, culturally authoritative teaching, or quotation from a named person.
Archive context
Past Fortunes records what was displayed for a weekly date range. An archive date does not make the fortune applicable to an event, person, or decision from that period.
Disclaimers
- No professional advice. Fortune IIS does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, employment, safety, counseling, or other professional advice.
- No prediction or guarantee. A displayed fortune does not predict an outcome, assure success, warn of a confirmed danger, create an obligation, or guarantee that anything will or will not happen.
- No reliance. A person should not make, postpone, or avoid an important decision solely because of a fortune displayed by this site. Appropriate facts and qualified professional guidance should be used when a situation requires them.
- No individualized relationship. Displaying a fortune does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, therapeutic, spiritual, or contractual relationship between the visitor and Fortune IIS, IIS.best, Montero Nava, or their respective operators.
- Availability and accuracy. The site and its archives are provided on an “as available” basis. Technical interruptions, delayed updates, archive gaps, formatting errors, or unavailable fortunes may occur.
- External destinations. Links to separate websites are provided for reference. Those websites may have their own content, policies, terms, and privacy practices.
- Responsibility for use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Fortune IIS are not responsible for decisions, actions, inaction, losses, or outcomes based on a visitor’s interpretation of or reliance upon a displayed fortune. Nothing on this page excludes a responsibility or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
